JPW Mobile Valeting provides mobile vehicle cleaning and detailing services. All services are carried out at a location agreed with the customer.

2. Bookings

Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or messaging platforms. A booking is only confirmed once we have agreed a date, time, and service.

3. Pricing

Prices listed are starting prices and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and additional requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise. We may accept cash or bank transfer.

5. Cancellations

We ask for reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure access to the vehicle at the agreed time
• Provide a safe working environment
• Remove personal belongings where necessary

7. Liability

We take care in delivering our services, however we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to the vehicle
• Items left inside the vehicle
• Issues arising from undisclosed vehicle conditions

8. Weather Conditions

As a mobile service, work may be affected by weather. We may reschedule bookings if conditions are unsuitable for safe or effective service delivery.

9. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to adjust services or pricing if the vehicle condition differs significantly from what was described at booking.
